Balblair tasting notes

Balblair a highland distillery established in 1790 by a local man, John Ross,  although the first known records date from 1749.
There is even found a new document that has an earlier reference which is being investigated at the moment. This might proof that Balblair is the oldest still operating distillery in Scotland.

This distillery is famous for the filming of “Angel’s Share” movie.
